Have you guys ever heard of Rokkatei? This place is well known for its desserts, especially its butter cream sandwich. Just the thought of this as a snack is making my mouth water! I’m trying to stockpile a bunch of cool little restaurants and cafes to try when I go to Japan in October. I really would love to go to Rokkatei just to try these delicious butter cream sandwiches. Even their chocolates look so delicious! Don’t worry, I would never try to make you guys jealous, in fact you AND ME can get these delicious snacky desserts right now! Well, not now, but soon!
Rokkatei USA is a company that literally went to Japan, had Rokkatei, and decided everyone else needed to have it. They made Rokkatei products readily available to us! I definitely need to order a thirty pack and share with my friends.
Not only that, but Rokkatei USA also has a newer cookie by Rokkatei called Itsuka Kita Michi that is made with pie crust. They also added lemon, chocolate and jelly made out of Marmelo which is fruit tastes similar to apple or karin. I’m having issues controlling my saliva right now…. It looks so delicious.
These buttery morsels are also sold via Amazon, BY Rokkatei themselves. The only issue is price. Maybe you have some discount that I do not have! I would stick with Rokkatei USA for the cookies!
Rokkatei not only sells those awesome cookies, but they also sell chocolates! As you might have seen earlier Amazon actually carries Rokkatei chocolate covered strawberries! These look really awesome too! I’ve never ordered perishables overseas, but maybe there’s so much sugar in them that it doesn’t matter? Take a look at them!
You could get White Chocolate Covered Strawberries,Chocolate Covered Strawberries, or Both Chocolate and White Chocolate! I have to admit, I’m a white chocolate girl myself. I know it’s not actually chocolate, but it’s absolutely tasty! I think I should try it.
Then there is just the plain Chocolate Assortment “Colorful Mince”.
The flavors that are included in this assortment are passion, mango, strawberry, raspberry, green tea, maple, black tea, bitter. There are 5 pieces of each in each box. I wonder what bitter would taste like… They all sound rather delicious and it’s on of the most popular dessert places in Hokkaido!
Take a look at Rokkatei USA and Amazon to get your sugary snack fix! I think I might try this international food thing and see how it goes! Wish me luck! Let me know what your experience is down in the comments below!
